Then you've not told SquirrelMail to login to your SMTP server, or you
have no added the server running SquirrelMail to the trusted
(permit_mynetworks).  Run the config/conf.pl script, select the
servers option, expand the SMTP option, and you should see extra
settings in there that you can adjust to login.
