There is conf.pl script in config directory. If you have squirrelmail installed in /var/www/squirrelmail, script can be found in /var/www/squirrelmail/config directory. If you have squirrelmail installed in c:\wwwroot\squirrelmail, script is in c:\wwwroot\squirrelmail\config, but you need ActivePerl in order to run it. conf.pl is meniu based SquirrelMail's configuration script.
