Sounds like either the org_title is not specified correctly (note in the README it tells you that you need some extra quotes around it) or PHP 4.3.1 doesn't like the new format for that field. First thing I'd do is check the sample config file and make sure your org_title has the same syntax. Send it along if you'd like me to look at it.
