[SM-USERS] Proxy problems with Squirrelmail?

I'm using Squirrelmail 1.4.1 and I've noticed a problem with sending 
mail if I'm behind some proxy servers.  I think it's a proxy problem, 
anyway.  One in particular that I've noticed a problem with is Squid 
(www.squid-cache.org).  E-mail can be read, but messages to be sent 
time out with a "zero sized reply" error.

Is this a known bug?  Is there a work around?
