How can I disable the notifications in this plugin or configure it to only
allow 'mailto' methods - is there any easy way to hide this section? Also,
did Sieve notifications actually make RFC 3028?

I noticed the draft on sieve and notification is expired, and I cannot
find any further references to what happened with this proposal, even
though Cyrus appears to support it.

Thanks! This plugin makes Sieve usable for the average user!
