Somebody complained about this the other day, and it was because the <br> just before the form and table tags got split opened so it was <br then the form data, then after all the table stuff the > was there. This had the effect of killing the form's action. Now there is a starting point... now to find out the cause ;) Bad HTML Handling by the looks of it.
