should be set?
my open_basedir for the virtualhost which runs squirrel is the documentroot and the upload_tmp_dir is not specified...

default_prefnow i installed from cvs 1.4.1-stable, the error message no longer contains the double slash, but everything is the same.
my php version is 4.2.2
i tried the 1.5.0-devel too!
strange things.
is there any parameter/module in php that could cause this error?

my apache user is wwwrun.www
i really don't know what i should change now?
What about the file /var/squirrelmail/data/default_pref ? Or the data/default_pref in your squirrelmail directory?
