two attachment problems in sm 1.4.0:
First: can't download attachmet bigger than 3 Mb (limit in php.ini is 10 Mb).
Second: IE is always giving File download popup and always saving to file even if Open is selected ( the mime type sm is showing seems to be ok).
At same machine in sm 1.2.11 don't have these problems.
