I'm not sure about the first part, but the second part looks like the HTML
parts are being sent as uuencoded attachments. You need the get_uuencode
plugin to download those, although it won't let you view them inline.
Whoever is sending those emails should probably check their mailer
settings as uuencode is a fairly outdated and frankly stupid way of
sending attachments.
