That'd have to be something you'd ask the Cyrus people. I've not got a clue. SquirrelMail is only looking where the IMAP server is serving the mail from. Can you see the mail with other mail clients such as pine or outlook? SquirrelMail doesn't access directories directly. It passes instructions onto the IMAP server, and the IMAP server handles the requests.
