Thanks for the response.

Can you specifically tell me where I need to look in Cyrus.I looked in cyrus.conf in /etc/ and I didn't see anything.

I tought squirrel mail doesn't know where to look for this inbox messages, because I can see my received messages  in "mbox" under my home directory, but squirrel mail is not able to pick that.

Check your Cyrus setup, and find out where it is looking for its
mail store. Make sure it knows what inbox is.
