Greetings,

Is it possible with SM to have the default folder location for Sent,
Trash, etc. to not be in the user's home directory...meaning completely
outside of their home directory? For example, is there a way to have
users' SM folders go in /var/www/html/webmail/users/maryjane such that
SM folders would go under maryjane:

/var/www/html/webmail/users/maryjane/Sent
/var/www/html/webmail/users/maryjane/Trash

The reason I ask is that we have users in different office locations
connected via a VPN and their home directories are NFS mounted across
the VPN. So, having their SM files defaulting to a subfolder of their
home directories causes logins to SM to take 5-10 minutes or timeout
altogether. This slowness starts to occur with their Sent and Trash
folders become populated with only around 1MB of e-mail in those
folders. Having all folders stored locally on the e-mail server would
cure the problem.

Best Regards,

Chris Fischer
