Hi Otis,

do you think I should customize both tf and idf to disable the term
frequency?

i.e. something like:

        public float tf(float freq) {
                return freq > 0 ? 1.0f : 0.0f;
        }

  public float idf(int docFreq, int numDocs) {
    return docFreq > 0 ? 1.0f : 0.0f;
  }
