Thanks Alex for your response. Much appreciated effort! For sure, I will need to look for all those details and information to fully understand Solr but I don't have that much time in my hand. That's why I was thinking instead of reading everything from the beginning is to start with a feature list that briefly explains what each feature does and then dig deeper if I need more information. I will appreciate any comments/feedback regarding this.
