We've discussed a prefix to annotate queries to support other query
syntaxes.
The simplest form would be a term query with no escaping whatsoever:
Something like:
fq=<!term f='education_facet'>High School
This is *definitely* needed. Having an fq parameter analyzed won't
work in many cases.
