Record-Route is added to requests by proxies.  However, there is nothing 
preventing the UAS (generating the 183/200) from adding Record-Route entries as 
though it has internal proxies.

Within your situation, the INVITE likely traversed proxies (although it may 
have hit a UAS acting as previously mentioned).
