I think the translation is non-UTF-8 (At least it was like that when I was
working with .rc files).
Nowadays I believe that the PO should be UTF-8 so it shouldn't matter.

repository will include only the English source and all the
translations, once in a while (Every month or week) the changes will be
merged back as one commit, the problem is I'm not sure git will enable
that...
It's like having a seperate module outside Wine tree...

As probably some of you may know Hebrew is written from right-to-left
meaning that the GUI and text rendering should work in a reversed/mirror
order as opposed to Latin text.
