As this lib is not on Maven repositories I used the "system" dependency
scope tag of Maven to locate the lib on my computer.

command line java as part of a standard build of all Virtuoso components from a
git or source forge archive etc.

I try to use the last version of virtjdbc4 with Maven and I have an error
telling me that the file :
virtjdbc4-7.0.0.pom
Doesn't exists, so I try to take a look at this file on the maven
repository :
