Hi Julien, We do not build our java based components using maven, we just build from command line java as part of a standard build of all Virtuoso components from a git or source forge archive etc.
The link you provide is from the AKSW Group at the University of Leipzig, http://aksw.org/ , who use Virtuoso is a number of projects and seem to main these files in there maven repository, as I note they have them for 6.1.2 & 6.1.6 and thus I presume are in the process of creating a maven set for 7.0.0 ...
