I've just upgraded the kernel in my Xen hardy guest to
linux-image-2.6.24-19-xen_2.6.24-19.33_i386.deb
I don't currently appear to have the network issues, although I haven't
put a high network load on the image yet.
It booted cleanly with none of the usual issues.

This happens to me consistently after closing a tab. Here's what
happens:
Close a tab.
Right-click on one of the bookmark toolbar selections.
All of the 'open' selections' (and possibly others) on the menu are gray.
Click anywhere in the field of the current tab.

series of shutdown command whilst the box was in single user mode.

I've got this issue on Ubuntu Hardy with the 2.6.24-16-generic kernel.
It also existed with the various Gutsy Kernel releases
Hardware is a Gigabyte 7vaxp motherboard with an Athlon XP 2800+ and 1Gb

I have similar issues with a Centos 5.1 Dom0 and a Hardy DomU.
I am fine if I use the gutsy Xen kernel (2.6.22-14.46), but get the same
kernel panic with the vanilla Hardy Xen kernel.
