well in fact i have found a bit more infos, i see for a unknow reason,
karmic have back in deskatop configuration in a basic graphic, i mean
without adnced effect.
So are not caused by iplist but by all application or menu started in
basic mode. i have enable again advanced effect on desktiop and
this time it have automatic retarted the session and do a rapport bug
when start but it have not find the incident rapport, like bug reported
about that. so it have crashed with desktop effect enable...

same problem for me on kubuntu karmic x86 64 2.6.31.10
apport 1.9.0ubuntu6
can fix it for peoples blocked with deleting the ~/.cache/apport
directory and restart "apport-collect"
