I did the following:
Ran:
sudo apt-get install python-setuptools
sudo easy_install launchpadlib
apport-collect
Gave my machine access in the browser.
Clicked on send report.
Then I reproduced the error and caused the kernel to crash again. This
obviously cannot get sent through apport since the

crashing issue. I can now turn on both monitors with this setup. Only
problem is that I get wierd boxes/streaks when I move the mouse cursor
or move windows. I took a picture with my cell phone since print screen
won't capture it (ign
Have only tested it for about 15 minutes or so, but updating to
xorg/edgers seems to have fixed everything.
Maybe I'm being dumb, but I can't find a link to edit the bug tags ...
so please, whoever sees this, mark it as fixed-upstream.
