[Bug 472233] [NEW] videos aspect ratio it all tall and skinny, it fixes temporarily if i change the resolution and sespend then play it

Public bug reported: it isnt a totem issue per say i because it happens with all the video players i have, and the problem can be temporarly fixed by changing the resolution to 1024-768 then back to 1280-800 and suspending then waking it up it works widescreen like it should. may have somthing to
