Its human theme with dust window border , and some color tweaking.

This is not an issue with the hardware, the kernel should be able to

Sorry false alarm. The driver from the xswat ppa hasnt been enabled yet
on my system, it was using the open source driver hence it was working.

I tested with the unity daily ppa and i did not have compiz on boot and
was dropped to classic desktop.Manually typing compiz --replace in
terminal made unity appear but i also had the gnome panel at the bottom.
ALT TAB also seemed very sluggish.

I am not sure if this is a bug in indicator session.Please feel free to
change it to whatever appropriate the bug squad deems fit.
Basically i dont have any restart or shutdown options on panel or on the
greeter screen.
