I made some changes on package koffice-data-kde4 to fix that bug.
However it's not official I will upload it somewhere in few hours.

Well the problem is that the original kde4 installation (beta 1) contains more
icon files from oxgene theme. Koffice-data-kde4 package also contains some
icons that have the same name and installation path. So apt prevent them to be
overwritten.

I did some further investigation, and it really seems the duplicate of bug
147833. So the problem occurs on every directory, which has space on its name.
It is important not to import a directory directly, because that way it works
fine.

Yesterday I installed the latest (daily) Gutsy from liveCD. I installed
fglrx driver (I have Ati x200m), and xgl. Then I tried to start totem,
and segfault happened. Also nautilus wasn't able to preview any movie,
music, etc.
