On this scrrenshot you see the textsize on "normal" for the only tab
opened.
The text in the firefox window itself is on maximum zoom adjusted with
firefox abilities only.

Here the textsize in universal access is set to "larger", but the text
of the tab keeps it's size like in normal modus.
