In the package shipped documentation of regina there is a broken
sourceforge link.

Ou can find it under:

file:///usr/share/doc/regina-normal-doc/engine-docs/index.html

then

"Citation"

and finally:

http://regina.sourceforge.net/,

You see it is the "," that is to much there and gives the user a not
found page.
