May be it is a software problem, but when reinstalling shows similiar
errors you should think about a damaged harddrive. Only a possibility,
you know.
May be a testinstallation with a newer kernel(because of ext4 errors)

I have read the apport-collect logs for ubiquity, but could not see any
obvious problem there. May be someone with more experience can recognize
more, but for now I would say, with respect to the trace in
WifiSyslog.txt
,that this is a kernel bug.

You should be fine when you bring your system back to the official xorg, than
or before deactivate all(!) ppa, and after this run the distribution upgrade.
The upgrader is not designed for handling all possible customizations.

As you can see there is a out of memory problem.
Primary this is worksform. Please set the memory of the virtual machine
to a better level than the defaults in VB(they are much to low in most
cases -> known marketing of the VB team).
Second, this is properly a VB problem than to the linux kernel
Please run a retest a report back. I set this to incolplete for now and
not to invalid.

Mhh,the procedure for 3.7 seems to have changed bit.
Anyway,
copy all 3 files you need (headers, image , and image extra) in one
separated folder (e.g kernel37 -> create this)
open up a terminal and swith in the kernel37 folder with the cd command
cd kernel37
than run in this folder:
sudo dpk
I miss the headers_blabla_all.deb files in the paa . -> ???
May be it is now in this way. Try it.
