I installed Ubuntu 22.04 on same RaspberryPI, and I noticed a huge performance
difference with fractional scaling on Wayland.
On Wayland I was unable to find any lag or delay or performance hit. On Xorg

After installing Ubuntu MATE 21.10, fresh install on a virtual machine, I can
see that clementine, vlc, steam icons seem to behave correctly out of the box.
All icons seem to be properly scaled.

'sudo update-alternatives --config java', ia32-sun-java6 was set as

Not sure if this is an empathy bug or a telepathy-idle bug
unfortunately.
Despite the fact that telepathy-idle is installed, it's not possible to
create an IRC account. Launching empathy on the command line doesn't
reveal any interesting log information.

after upgrade to 3.2.0-33 the system boots without detecting it.
dmesg|grep rtl shows nothing (under 33, but works fine under 32).
The modules are rtl8273e and rtlwifi.

- start evolution

Every time I try this for the first time after opening evolution, items
