Confirmed again. Today I've installed Intrepid on another machine. Had
to enter DNS settings for my wired connection manually (in XP it is

Reopening, as it still happens in an up-to-date Intrepid. My mouse
(Logitech MX610, USB one, no adapter) works fine, as I had no problems
in Windows.
It's very difficult to move any scroll bars, drag the windows on the
screen or to select any text. It's very annoying and productivity-

Sometimes clicking with left/middle button at some point on the screen results
in the click being fired at completely different point. Following clicks
appears at exactly same point. Only pressing right button resets this state and

Anyway, since ~10 launches no problem. Seems to be fixed with #56751, as
I predicted.

My xorg.conf mouse section, for my Logitech MX610:

Solution #1 wouldn't work for hiding python .pyc files - so it might be
good to go with patching nautilus (and gtk+ file opener?).

As a workaround, the correct icon can be copied from
/usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/apps/
and converted to png with:
for i in *.svg; do rsvg -w 24 -h 24 $i ${i%%.*}. done
I got so annoyed by the yellow icon, I couldn't wait for the correct fix
:-)
