Originally I tried to do this via an NFS automount, so my path began
/net/...machine../share but now I get an error message back that it
couldn't display that directory, with the error "Nautilus cannot handle
this kind of locations."
I tried the Samba version of the autofs directories, which begin

I figured it would be eligible for change given Hardy is LTS, but as long as
someone is aware of the bug, that's fine.

This is a minor issue. When mounting an autofs share, the location
reported is shown as "(null)" AFAIK trying to print a null pointer to a
gstring somewhere.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a directory on a remote machine accessible via a
