Niiice! I've been anoyed by this tearing, but actually just thought it
was my video-card since I've been using nvidia earlier.. This xorg-
patch-thing worked like a charm it seems. Just wondering what the
benefits of textured video are and why we would want it? And when the

No, it worked BETTER, but it didn't fix it. After starting Vuze and
downloaded some torrents, it paniced again! Would be greatfull if

I'm having trouble as well. Using Intrepid, and the Google calendar worked
first time I tried with one calendar when it was beta. Now it doesn't work at
all, keeps on asking for password although "remember password" is checked.

I've somewhat narrowed down the problem. It only happens when the tv is
discovered as "HDMI-1". When that's the case the screen gets split. Then
I usually do a (couple of) reboot and hope that it gets discovered as
"TMDS-1" instead, because then it always connect correct!

I've had it working earlier to day and all weekend yes. But after a

I send the system into standby, after 5 minutes i forced to get back to
work. This worked good. After sending it again into standby and leave it
about half an hour in this mode. the system woke up with no display. No
terminal could be switch to. So i made a hard reset.

I send the system into standby, after 5 minutes i forced to get back to
work. This worked good. After sending it again into standby and leave it
about half an hour in this mode. the system woke up with no display. No
terminal could be switch to. So i made a hard reset.
