OK, I just committed an initial preferences dialog, which allows you to
control if the shortcuts (accels) exist or not. Also, I've changed its
default value to FALSE, thus, vinagre doesn't have accels keys by
default.
The fix will be in Vinagre 2.25.2, to be released at Dec 1st.

Vinagre can not connect to ipv6 addre
Disable remote access in System->Preferences->Remote Desktop. Only
enable it when someone is going to access your desktop.
Alternatively, set a password in that window.
Also, check "You must confirm each access to this machine" checkbox.

Hi, folks.
I've uploaded a vino package in my PPA
(https://launchpad.net/~wendell/+archive/ppa) which adds a gconf option:
disable_xdamage.
After install the package, go to gconf-editor and change the key
"/desktop/gnome/remote_access/disable_xdamage" to true. Then enable vino
at System->Preferen
Stupid me. I forgot to actually use the new conf while starting the
server.
Just uploaded a new version (-ubuntu3). Please test it.

Ah, very good. I'm closing this one as it's hopefully fixed with gtk-vnc
0.3.8, which will be released in Jaunty. We aren't using the buggy gtkGL
(opengl) anymore. We moved to cairo.

Now I see what happened: We already have this tooltip, but new gtk+
(2.14) is ignoring it and showing the URI instead. Upstream already
knows about that and hopefully will fix this soon.
