This sucks that this "bug" has not been updated as of yet. You would
think this would be top priority. I'll exclude additional reasonings to
avoid being redundant but it should appear as though this would be a
necessity not a want or wish list. I really would like to see the growth

Bug can be closed after re-re-formatting I have paid a painful amount of
attention to the packages that were installed and the order in which my
backed up data was restored and I have yet to have the problem.
I received the same bug - right after a fresh jaunty install from the
live cd. I installed and upgraded all packages at once including snort.
This error is occured and prevents system from finishing the update - I
still have to run the update manager. Let me know what additional info
is needed I ca

I'm receiving this error and ubuntu-extras-keyring v 2010.09.27 IS
installed. I attempted to reinstall but it still fails.
