This Bug has nothing to do with the updates...
I updated the second feisty-box with this updates and everything with K9copy
runs well:

im driving a 8.04 ubuntu and had no problems with my dvd burner for some
hundreds of discs. But now there is an issue since some weeks, where no
burning remains successful. i changed the media to exclude an
incompatibility with that but this had no effect.

i can't remember. i didn't changed to grub. The only thing i remember that a
kernel-update asked some Yes or No questions, perhapps i hit there wrong
key..

thank you for your hint. I didn't know that grub2 was removed...by which
action? How can this happen accidentaly? Is this the bug?
I want a 10.04 as it is without any modifications, not in this manner. So i
will do reinstalling grub2.
