This bug isn't incomplete, there is also a solution in the comments. If
you want more information this mldonkey problem can be related to the
rename completed dowloads feature. Adding the jason's solution to the
initscript config file, while this isn't solved upstream, is the fix for
this bug.

but it never refresh it during execution, perhaps if ocaml can take the
time from ¿libc? it can refresh it during execution. You can try the bug

I can confirm this with jaunty jackalope alpha2 (kernel 2.6.28). If the

Yes I explained myself bad. acpi takes the laptop-mode config if its
running or not, I think could be better to take the config values then
instead of hardcoding them and use laptop mode config to set apm, it's
very bad to have many places to do the same thing because then appears

In fact there is no need for a patch, this behavior is controlled by
laptop-mode. A desktop pc is something like a laptop with ac power
adapter and if you want that acpi don't control hard drives apm you
should edit /etc/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf and set
CONTROL_HD_POWERMGMT from 1 to 0.

/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf there are variables to set diferent APM
values for hard drives depending if there ac power, battery... but the
scripts don't use it, the have hardcoded values instead and other issue

without one of the best options for p2p available, and also it isn't a
bug like if i do this and this the application hangs, is a bug that
leaves the application in a broken state for 64 bits.

A dirty and more simpler than compile mldonkey by hand is download the
gutsy version, yes 2.9.0, http://packages.ubuntu.com/gutsy/amd64
/mldonkey-server/download and then "sudo dpkg -i mldonkey-
server_2.9.0-1_amd64.deb", apt will automatically replace the
installation of 2.9.3, by now it's working
Actual versions in gutsy or hardy doesn't have this issue.
