Confirmed that the problematic is winbind. Doing a simple "#sudo
/etc/init.d/winbind stop" and voila shares started to work again, if
winbind is started shares stop working. This bug is very important, a
lot of people use samba. Don't know who was the developer that commited
the new version of winbind, but watching other winbind bugs i think that
he/she needs holidays.
