For some reason the link on the top labeled "linux-kernel-bugs #44221."

an invalid bug number at Kernel Bug Tracker.
I think it's because of the added . (period) at the end of the URL.

I use xubuntu 12.04.2 lts 64 bit version.
When this issue happens, I have a blinking cursor in 5 or 6 places on my
desktop.
I think what is happening is the tty screen(s), like tty1 are bleeding
through to the desktop.
