apport should allow you to file a generic bug report, i had to fudge
this just to post it.
I own an Acer Aspire 10.1" AO531h. When I choose restart, it goes
through the process till the point where it shuts off, then instead of
rebooting, it just hangs, black screen, all the indicator light on the
bottom left are lit except the wifi light. . (battery, bluetooth, 3g)
