There are no option for Posts and Blog in the toolbars, so there is no way to
make new blog entries or view existing ones.
Tried to configure the toolbar, but the option is empty.

Installing launchpad-integration fixed the bug. Looks like kubuntu
doesn't install it by default. I tried installing a fresh daily kubuntu
image as of 15/10, and launchpad-integration is not there.

If you type a url in konsole (ex. http://planetkde.org) and hover a
mouse on it, the link will be underlined. If you right click, there is a
menu that offer "Open Browser Here" (with a dolphin icon). If you choose
this option, dolphin will open. I think it should be konqueror.
