I just tested the new release (not deeply, just by launching the live CD), and
I think we can say that the problem is solved.
I tested in both mode (AHCI/RAID), and to be sure, I inserted a Hardy Live CD
which didn't boot.

running a working mode, which means I choosed options in the BIOS making
kernel working by adding parameters.
I get pretty same messages when running IDE Configuration in BIOS with
AHCI. But adding parameters doesn't solve
