In desperation, after disabling hard drives, I booted from Ubuntu 7.04 CD.
After I found the necessity to shut down ,I reconnected my hard drives and
normal boot was happening, I let the normal boot start up and my problem seems
solved. I have no idea what has happened, but I am very happy it di

means, I am presuming the update was changed. In desperation I
disconnected my hard drives and booted from Ubuntu 7.04 after a couple
of attempts to boot, I was able to boot into safe mode. I sent my
request for help from ther
