I have created 3 additional MP3 LAME encoder settings for CD ripping.
When I want to select one of them, I only see the last added setting in
the listing, but 4 times. Regardless which of them I choose, the ripping
is always processed with the same last added settings.

Since Wine on Ububuntu was updated to V 3.0, I could retest with
IrfanView 64 4.50.
Result: I don't see the bug anymore. Thanks for the work.

brocken dependencies.
I could repair this situation with:
sudo apt-get --purge autoremove kde-telepathy-minimal kde-telepathy
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt update
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt f
