This bug is "bugging" me in Ubuntu 9.04. I am using Compiz and it
happens while I am using OpenOffice. I also experience when I use
Inkscape in maximized mode that the window bounces "up and down"
(titlebar goes behind top panel) and trying to close the application
with the X-button, or unmaximize

Tried to use the xorg.conf file from Gutsy. No change.
Under Gutsy (before upgrading) I had issues with the Title bar disappearing,
could this be related to the non-sticky title bar under Hardy?
I have now downgraded to Gutsy as I spent to much time with a desktop that does

I think I have finally managed to find out where the problem is. I ran gksudo
displayconfig-gtk and changed driver from i810 to choose driver by model and
selected 845. It is put at 945.
When I changed that I clicked ctrl+alt+backspace and it tried to log back in
and it had some configuration pr
I have reinstalled the intel-drivers + the 915resolution package. It
seems like things have been fixed now, although I am not sure. I still
think this is related to the intel-driver.

I do think that it could be a nautilus problem as well. When I try and
move a window it is being maximized. When I try and move an Icon it
opens up the file or the program.
I will now try and create a new user on the same box and see if this one

I believe this "bug" might be connected to the fact that I changed the
label / volume under 9.04. My other WD disk connects and mounts
correctly.

I am experiencing the same as bonne I believe. Connecting a screen makes
the system freeze. Booting with external monitor and the computer stops.
No blinking keyboard though.
