I had no swap turned on when the bug occurred. After "swapon"
hibernation kind of work but not fully, i.e. pm-hibernate does not shut
down (even after waiting some time). However after "hard kill" (with

the DisplayLink adapter and driver 1.3.53. The problem (mouse
flickering) appears on the primary laptop screen, while 2nd screen is
connected via USB 3.0 to HDMI iTec DisplayLink adpater is connected.

As in summary - touchpad edge scroll stops working randomly. This seems
to be software related, since switching to another window with alt-tab
fixes the problem (at least for some time). Going back to the original
window (this time switch method does not matter, i.e. can be vi
I think I've found a way to trigger this - try scrolling while holding
alt. After this, scrolling wont work in any window. To unblock scrolling
just press alt again.
So most likely this has nothing to do with touchpad scroll.
Unfortunately I have no way to test this with a mouse now.
