To completely fix this bug all packages which provide CUPS Raster
drivers (cups-driver-gutenprint, splix, hplip-cups) and the lsb package

NoOp, Hardy had a completely different workflow, here Inkscape produced
PostScript, CUPS did page management on PostScript and then cups-pdf
turned the PostScript to PDF with Ghostscript. Ghostscript's "pdfwrite"
output device does not turn text characters into bitmaps.

sending it unfiltered to an HP LaserJet 3390, the right quote does not
appear on the printout, if one displays it with Ghostscript or sends it

package of system-config-printer. The remaining problem now is to get
the firmware of the printer loaded.

hal-cups-utils does not automatically create print queues any more
without an exact model match. In such a case it starts system-config-
printer for interactive setup of the printer. So the hal-cups-utils task
is completed.
