We cannot help in resolving the issue with flash player as it is proprietary,
if the issue is for example revolving around Adobe servers not pushing out the
files properly we have no means to fix this. If it is Aptitude causing an issue

also confirm this issue with my monitor setup, I also noticed that
moving it around hides certain elements of the desktops as shown in this
screenshot. The screenshot shows how the top panel is missing but still
usable by hover
Just a note about my past comment, can't reproduce it often but only on
occasion, may or may not be related to this bug. I also confirmed this

Thank you for submitting this bug, I can confirm that this bug exists.
To further clarify recreation:
1) Type out anything in LO Writer, just something like "jaskldfjasdl;fja;sdf"
2) Go to Tools > Language > For All Text > More... > Default Languages for
documents > Default - Russian
3) Spell Che
Just a note, this does make sense as the dictionary is not installed but
it should at least display a message warning that documents are not
being properly checked due to the lack of a dictionary
