Thank you for submitting this bug in order to make Ubuntu better. I can
also confirm this issue with my monitor setup, I also noticed that
moving it around hides certain elements of the desktops as shown in this
screenshot. The screenshot shows how the top panel is missing but still
usable by hovering your mouse over the general location of an item.
