Can't setup the print setup certain options of firefox. The Option for Page
Setup doesn't have the option for setting headers and footers for all pages
Same problem here with Firefox 36 in Ubuntu 1404LTS.
I have no Page Setup option on the File menu.
Print Preview > Page setup has no Headers + Footers options.
Print > Options can change the Headers + Footers for the current print, but the
settings are not retained for subsequent print operations
Forgot to mention: problem is same with Firefox in Safe Mode.

I upgraded 2 machines on 19th Dec from 1204LTS to 1404LTS and the Firefox 43.0
which came with the upgrades works fine on these. But a machine which had a
bare metal install of 1404LTS a year ago received the Ffx43 update (exactly
same build) on Monday and is broken - can't download.

Actually Ffx (per #5) can download PDFs here, it just can't open them in
anything other than its own preview. But it won't download and save files.
If I set Prefs > Apps > PDF to Always Ask - it doesn't, and the download
