/etc/samba still contains the files "gdbcommands", "smb.conf" and the
directory "tls". I would imagine the whole directory /etc/samba to be
removed with the above command.

Hardy, using the Generic 105-key (Intl) PC keyboard layout on a Toshiba

assigned to them). All other Mod4+keys (Mod4+r, Mod4+d, etc) _do_ work.

I can confirm the issue described in Bug #1827791 is existent in Ubuntu
18.04 LTS as well.
When I issue the command "sudo swapoff /swapfile" the issue never shows
up. I always issue that command as the laptop otherwise is barely usable
and I need to use it for work.

Same issue here, Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits on a Toshiba Portege Z30-A 18J, custom
kernel 3.18.11 64 bits though. I suspect it has something to do with certain

This bug is still persistent with my new motherboard, which is from
another manufacturer and which has another and newer chipset. If I move
/etc/pm/sleep.d/50_dvb_usb_dib0700_quirk to my home dir, Linux fails to
suspend and I need to reset the whole computer.

I had to buy a new board because of that (no warranty).

I do not keep a log of that :-) But I think I only skipped 1 or at most 2
releases. So, 11.04 and 14.04 for sure.
